Mary K Roche is the visionary behind Peace Luv Biz. With over 20 years of experience in finance, accounting, and business strategy, Mary has built her career on helping entrepreneurs unlock their full potential.

Strategic accountant who has worked across many companies ranging between private start-ups & mid-size corporations, offering consulting services across an array of sectors.  She is an entrepreneurial minded leader of finance & operations with a record of transforming early revenue & growth companies into industry leaders through thoughtful application of new tech & capabilities & mergers and acquisitions, modeling & analysis & investor relations.  She is highly adept to corporate transformation, integration, compliance & global growth strategy and well versed in GAAP & IFRS reporting.

She is qualified as an expert witness in forensic accounting in Federal, State, & County court systems. Also has a master’s degree in accounting & is completing her doctorate in education with a concentration in education technology.  She has been a practitioner for nearly 30 years, as well as an educator in graduate & undergraduate accounting for 12 years. 

Mary combines her deep expertise with a passion for innovation. Her approach is grounded in empathy, transparency, and a commitment to helping business owners succeed both financially and personally.

Mary’s leadership has been instrumental in shaping Peace Luv Biz into a trusted partner for businesses across diverse industries. She is a recognized thought leader in tax optimization, financial strategy, and operational efficiency, regularly contributing to industry conversations and mentoring the next generation of entrepreneurs.

When she’s not leading Peace Luv Biz, Mary dedicates her time to building her NPO, 7th Inning Stretch Foundation Inc d/b/a MaryxThang.  This focuses on her passions, assisting children and families with terminally ill or special needs children in need of grief therapy, and providing support to families in developing countries facing similar challenges.
